With their large bay windows, our Cocoon Cottages are very bright and open to the outside to enjoy the good life of the south.

The terrace of more than 24m² will be the ideal place to get together and share good times. With their parental suite and their two bathrooms, young and old will have their own space.

Located in a completely pedestrian area, far from traffic and near to the beach access, you can enjoy the calm outside in complete safety.

The big plus: the Cocoon area, comprising 10 cottages, has a heated swimming pool* reserved exclusively for Cocoon residents!

*Heated in pre-season from 15/05 to 30/06 and in post-season from 01/09 to 30/09.

Open every day from 10 am to 7 pm all season long.

Some rules :

Wristbands are required for access to the pool.

Swimming is strictly reserved for residents of the Cocoon district.

Swimming is not supervised.

Underage children are under the full responsibility of an adult.

Children who cannot swim must be equipped with armbands or a belt.

Only the following outfits are permitted: swimming trunks, tight-fitting boxer shorts, 1-piece and 2-piece swimming costumes.

Are dogs allowed in this accommodation?

CottageParks is committed to welcoming your pets all year round, with a limit of one pet per accommodation.

For the well-being of all holidaymakers, we would ask you to respect a few simple rules: health record and vaccination up to date, dog kept on a lead on the campsite premises and compulsory removal of droppings.

Are minors allowed to stay at the campsite?

Minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are not admitted to Camping La Clape Village. The age of participants will be checked on the day of arrival. Failure to comply with this rule will result in cancellation of the booking, the stay will remain due and no refund will be made. No exceptions will be made.

Can I stay in the family quarter?

The pool cottages are located in a pedestrian area, reserved for families.

If the composition of your stay does not seem to fit in with the neighbourhood, your reservation may be modified or cancelled.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival time for rentals: from 5pm

Check-out time for rentals: 10am

Is it possible to exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation?

Exceptionally, for the Pool Cottages, we allow one extra child, provided they are under 2 years old. Please specify when booking.

Is the accommodation equipped for young children?

Camping La Clape Village offers the following facilities for young children for hire at an additional cost (see price list):

Can I drive and park my car inside the campsite?

Traffic inside the campsite is allowed if a parking space has been assigned to your accommodation or if you have rented one as an extra.
Guests who haven’t paid for parking may drive in only to unload their luggage, then must park in the free parking area opposite the campsite entrance.

If I arrive earlier, can I leave my luggage with you?

While you prepare your accommodation, we can of course store your luggage at reception. Please note that we do not have the necessary equipment to keep your foodstuffs cool.

Is bed linen provided?

Yes, bed linen is provided in this accommodation. Beds are made up on arrival.

Are towels provided?

Bath linen is provided in this accommodation.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included?

End-of-stay cleaning is included for this accommodation.

Out of respect for our teams, the cleaning package does not exempt you from emptying the bins in your accommodation, washing and putting away used crockery and collecting all your rubbish and personal belongings.

Is our accommodation air-conditioned?

This accommodation is air-conditioned.

Are barbecues permitted?

This accommodation has a gas griddle on the terrace.

A communal charcoal barbecue is available on the campsite (unless the prefect decides otherwise).

Is the cottage swimming pool heated?

Yes, the private swimming pool in your cottage pool is heated outside July and August.
