To be admitted to enter, settle and stay on the campsite, you must be authorised by the Management or amember of the reception staff. The Management is obliged to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that the present internal
regulations are respected. The fact of staying on the campsite La Tamarissièrein Agde implies the acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them.
No customer may reside on the campground year round


Anyone wishing to stay at least one night on the campsite must first go to reception with a valid identity document, complete the formalities required by the police and pay the fee. Minors who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are not admitted.


The tent or camper van or caravan and its equipment must be set up on the specified pitch in accordance with the instructions given by the management. Only one installation is included in the daily rate. The vehicle must be parked on the pitch.


The reception desk is open every day : from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. from monday to fridayand from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. for saturday and sunday.
At the reception desk you will find all the information on the services of the campsite, information on the sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the area and various addresses that may be useful, as well as thecampsite activities.


The fees are to be paid at the latest 14 days before your arrival and for a departure before 12 noon. You must go to reception on the day of your arrival with your booking confirmation. The amount is displayed atthe entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the campsite and for a departure before 12 noon, beyond that an additional night is counted.

Rental of furnished accommodation
The fees must be paid at the latest 30 days before your arrival. You must go to the reception desk on the day of your arrival with your booking confirmation. The amount of the fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the site. A deposit will also be required on arrival at the site, payable by credit card imprint or cash.
Customers arriving without a reservation must pay their fee on arrival according to the rates displayed at the entrance to the reception and the campsite.
The users of the campsite are invited to inform the reception office of their intention if there is a change intheir stay; of their departure from the day before it, indicating the time if it is before the opening of the reception.


Noise and silence

The users of the campsite must avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbours. Soundequipment must be adjusted accordingly.
Doors and trunks must be closed as quietly as possible. There must be complete silence between 11pm and8am.


At the entrance to the establishment, the health record of the dogs and cats, which must be wearing a collar, must be presented. – In accordance with article 211-1 of the rural code, and the decrees and ministerialorders of application.
Dogs of the 1st category “attack dogs” (pit bulls) and of the 2nd category “guard and defence dogs” (rottweiler and types…) are not allowed on the campsite.
Dogs and other animals must not be left free, or even locked up on the campsite, in the absence of their owners who are civilly responsible for them. Only one animal is allowed in our furnished accommodation. Your pet must be identified at the reception and pet owners are required to pick up after their pets to keep the campsite clean.


After having been authorised by the Management or the reception staff, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers receiving them. The camper may receive a visitor or visitors at the reception desk. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the camper who receives them is required to pay a fee. This fee shall be displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk.
Visitors’ cars are not allowed on the campsite.
Visitors do not have access to the campsite swimming pool.


Within the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/h. Traffic is not allowed between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying on the campsite may circulate on the campsite. In addition, parking must not occupy a free space, hinder traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals. Thank you for respecting the direction of traffic within the campsite, for the safetý of all.


  • It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or into the gutters. Caravanners must empty their wastewater into the facilities provided for this purpose.
  • Household waste, all types of waste and paper must be deposited at the entrance to the campsite in the containers for selective sorting (paper, plastic, glass). Batteries and light bulbs must be disposed of in thecontainers provided for this purpose at the reception.
    On a voluntary basis, you can participate in the composting thanks to our bio-bins available at the reception.
  • Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance ofthe campsite and its facilities, especially the sanitary facilities.
  • Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose. Laundry must be hung in the electric dryers (laundromat). However, it is tolerated́ until 10am near the pitches on the condition that it is very discreet and does not disturb the neighbours. It should never be done from the trees.
  • Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. The camper is not allowed to put nails in the trees, cutbranches or make plantations.
    It is also forbidden to mark out the location of an installation by personal means or to dig up the ground. Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or facilities of the campsite will be charged to the person responsible.
  • The pitch that has been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it́ on entering the premises. It is forbidden to store equipment or materials around or under the caravans and tents, which are incompatible with the good maintenance of the campsite.


The wearing of swimming shorts and full-body swimwear is strictly forbidden. Only swimwear (one-piece or bikini for women, briefs for men) is allowed.

In the swimming pools, it is compulsory to wear swimming trunks (for reasons of hygiene, long clothes are not allowed in the swimming pools: shorts / boxer shorts / jumpsuits / skirts / Bermuda shorts / fully covering swimming trunks…), as well as the wearing of a bracelet. We remind you that swimming pools and slides can be dangerous. A warning will be given and must be signed by the client on arrival.
Young children must wear nappies specially designed for swimming, in order to respect hygiene standards. Children who do not know how to swim MUST wear armbands. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult. Day visitors are not allowed in the water areas for insurance reasons.
The campsite may have to close a slide or a swimming pool from time to time in the event of unforeseen technical problems that may lead to a lack of safety or hygiene.
Access to the aquatic areas is strictly forbidden outside opening and closing times.
Swimming is unsupervised and Cottageparks accepts no responsibility for any failure to comply with the above. Please refer to the Specific Condition for more information.


Making fire (wood, coal, etc.) is strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not beused in dangerous conditions. In the event of fire, notify the management immediately. Fire extinguishersmay be used in case of necessitý. Any misuse is forbidden.

A first aid kit is available at the reception desk as well as a defibrillator. Emergency numbers are posted atthe reception desk.

Electric barbecues are the only product you’ll be able to use on all pitches, including accommodation. NO COAL. NO GAZ. Just electric.

The management accepts no responsibility for robbery on the pitches or in the accommodation. Safe deposit boxes are available at the reception. Campers are responsible for their own facilities and must report the presence of any suspicious persons to the management. The users of the campsite are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.


No violent or disturbing games may be played in the vicinity of the facilities. The use of the swimming pools and children’s games is subject to specific regulations posted at the entrance to the facilities. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.


Do not leave any unoccupied equipment on the pitch.


These rules and regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They will be given to the customer on request. It is also available on our website


In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules and regulations, the Management may orally or in writing if it deems it necessary, give notice to the resident to cease the disturbance. In case of serious or repeated infringement of the internal regulations, the manager may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offence, the manager will call in the police.


All vehicles equipped with LPG must be reported to the reception.


The accommodation manager receives each complaint: they must be dated, signed and as precise as possible, relating to recent events. Any negative and abusive comments made on the web before the complaint is made to the reception will not be eligible for any compensation.


You must leave your shoes at the entrance, go through the foot bath and take a shower. Authorised clothing is displayed at the entrance to the pool. No exceptions are possible.
It is forbidden to smoke, eat or drink in the pool area. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by their parents.
Any child under 10 years of age caught entering the pool alone will be taken back to hisor her place by the Management.
If they are caught again, they will be banned from the pool for the duration of their stay. It is forbidden to play with a ball outside the activities. It is forbidden to bring sound equipment and todisturb other people resting. It is forbidden to push or jump on someone in the pool. For your safety, running on the beaches and jumping into the pool is not allowed.
Wearing a wristband is mandatory.
In case of non-compliance with the swimming pool rules, the person in breach will be forbidden accessto the pool during their stay in the campsite. We decline all responsibility for theft in the pool area.
Please note: do not leave valuable shoes at the entrance, they could be stolen. It is compulsory to take ashower before swimming. Any person without a bracelet will be refused access to the pool.
Access to the pool is forbidden outside opening hours.
The management declines all responsibility in the event of non-compliance with these rules.
