For the well-being of all our holidaymakers, two areas have been created at La Clape Village:
– a pedestrian family area that is designed to be calm with the Cinema Cabins, Cottage Privilège, Cottage Cocoon, Cottage Pool, Cottage Seaview and Cottage Tribu.
– a young area at the entrance of the campsite for the joy of meeting friends with our Classik, Basik and Tithome ranges.


If the composition of your stay does not seem to fit in with the environment of the area, your reservation may be modified.


For example, if you are staying with friends to share social moments, we recommend that you choose accommodation in the youth area. If you book a Cottage Privilège, Pool or Cocoon, we will be forced to modify your booking by offering you another accommodation in the youth area.

Remote payments can be made by bank card,

However, please note that we do not accept American Express.

No, we are not part of the VACAF scheme.

As stated on your booking confirmation (email sent once deposit paid), the balance must be paid by 30 days before arrival for accommodation rentals, and 14 days before arrival for pitches.

If you have chosen cancellation insurance, you have the right to a refund in any of the following conditions:
• death of a family member (direct ascendant or descendant)
• serious illness not known before departure
• COVID (isolation or positive case in one of those booked)
• your employer refuses to allow you annual leave
• No other reasons can be accepted (weather, lack of childcare, personal reasons etc.). You must send us proof that one of these conditions applies. If the relevant criteria are met, then you will receive a refund within one month. You will be refunded the cost of your stay, minus administration fees and the cancellation insurance fee.
Please note that if you have booked under the Black Friday special offer and chosen cancellation insurance, you will have the right to a credit note rather than a refund.

CottageParks is happy to welcome four-legged friends in both high and low season, with a limit of one animal per rental and with no limit for basic pitches. Dangerous dog breeds (French categories 1 and 2) are not allowed.
All dogs must have an up-to-date vaccination record.
Our Toutou dog bar lets you give your dog a drink or a shower, and you can also pick up some dog waste bags and a welcome leaflet filled with practical information for holidays with a canine companion (emergency numbers, activity guide, dog sitting services and more).

The price of your stay includes parking for one vehicle on your pitch or next to your accommodation. The Privilege, Cocoon, Pool and Seaview Cottages have a dedicated parking area nearby. You can also park one additional car for free in the car park opposite the campsite.

Minors not accompanied by a legally responsible adult are not admitted. ID must be checked at check-in and failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking contract.

Arrival time for rentals: from 4pm

If you arrive after 7pm, please contact the reception, by email at contact@camping-laclape.com or by phone at 04 67 26 41 32, to inform you of the procedure to follow.

 

Departure time for rentals: 10am
A “late departure” option is available for a fee, subject to availability, in order to leave later. Reservation is compulsory and must be made by telephone on 04 67 26 41 32.

Arrival time for pitches: from 2pm If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please contact reception, either by email at contact@camping-laclape.com or by phone on 04xxxxxxxx, and we will explain what you need to do. Departure time for pitches: 12 noon

For the Cocoon Cottages, Pool Cottages and Tribu Pool Cottages, we allow one extra child, provided they are under 2 years old. To be specified at the time of booking.


For all other rental accommodation, the maximum capacity of the accommodation must be strictly respected, whatever the age of the children. Indeed, the space is not sufficient to accommodate a baby, a child or an additional person.

The kit consists of :

  • an umbrella bed
  • a high chair
  • a bathtub

Yes, the private pools in the Pool, Tribu Pool, Privilège Aqua and Seaview Family cottages are heated. The same applies to the shared pool in the Cocoon Cottages.


We are happy to look after your luggage at reception until your accommodation or pitch is ready. Please note that we do not have the facilities to keep food chilled for you.

All our accommodation rentals have air conditioning, except for the Basik / Essential range and the No Bathroom range.

Bed linen is provided in our luxury accommodation: the Cocoon, Pool, Tribu Pool and Sea View ranges. It is not included for our other accommodation, where you can either bring your own sheets or buy a compostable bed linen set at reception: €9 for singles and €15 for doubles.

Towels are provided in our luxury accommodation: the Cocoon, Pool, Tribu Pool and Sea View ranges. They are not included for our other accommodation. You can either bring your own towels or buy a compostable towel at reception for €3.

End of stay cleaning is included for the Pool, Tribe Pool and Sea View cottages.

For all other rental accommodation, end of stay cleaning is not included but can be chosen at the time of booking at an additional cost.

If you would like to have visitors, they must register at reception, pay a fee and put on a visitor bracelet. Visitors may not use the pool area or well-being zone.

Yes, and we set the heating for our pools based on weather conditions.

Swimming briefs or trunks for men and 1 or 2 piece swimsuits for women. Children may wear a UV-protective t-shirt.

At the heart of our campsite, you will find a grocery that also sells some hot food. Our campsite is part of the “Ruche qui dit oui” scheme, so you can do your bit and help local producers by buying your fruit and vegetables via the app.

Gather around a table in the heart of the village in the sun or in the shade on the terrace and discover La Nouba, the campsite restaurant.

You will be immersed in a relaxed bohemian-chic atmosphere conducive to sharing great moments in a good mood!

Ideally located next to the aquatic area, our restaurant offers pizzas, burgers, meat, fish, salads… to be enjoyed on site or to take away!

A programme of activities is planned throughout the summer! From 1 July to 31 August, you will find various activities during the day and in the evening.
