CottageParks is committed to welcoming your pets all year round, with a limit of one pet per accommodation.
For the well-being of all holidaymakers, we would ask you to respect a few simple rules: keep your dog’s health record and vaccination up to date, keep your dog on a lead on the campsite premises and pick up after your dog.
Minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are not admitted to Camping La Clape Village. The age of participants will be checked on the day of arrival. Failure to comply with this rule will result in cancellation of the booking, the stay will remain due and no refund will be made. No exceptions will be made.
The cinema cabins are all located in a pedestrian area, reserved for families.
If the composition of your stay does not seem to fit in with the environment of the area, your reservation may be modified or cancelled.

The maximum capacity of the accommodation must be strictly respected, whatever the age of the children, for reasons of comfort, safety and insurance.

As the quantities available are limited, we advise you to book as soon as possible by contacting Reception by e-mail at contact@camping-laclape.com or by telephone on 04 67 26 41 32.
Traffic in the campsite is prohibited between 11pm and 7am. The rest of the time, please respect the 10km/h speed limit and the direction of traffic.
The price of your stay includes parking for one vehicle inside the campsite. Additional vehicles will be charged (see price list).
As Les cabanes cinéma is in a pedestrian area, you will not be able to park in front of your accommodation. However, parking spaces are available nearby.
A free, shaded car park is also available just opposite the campsite. On the day of your arrival, for everyone’s convenience, we ask you to use this car park while you check in at Reception. If you do not check in beforehand, you will not be able to pass through the campsite entrance gates.
While you prepare your accommodation, we can of course store your luggage at reception. Please note that we do not have the necessary equipment to keep your foodstuffs cool.
Bed linen is not provided in this accommodation. You can bring your own sheets or buy a disposable and compostable bedding kit from reception: €11 for a single sheet and €17 for a double sheet.
Bath linen is not provided in this accommodation.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included for this accommodation.
This service may be purchased at an additional cost (see price list).
Out of respect for our staff, the cleaning package does not exempt you from emptying the bins in your accommodation, washing and putting away used crockery and collecting all your rubbish and personal belongings.
This accommodation is air-conditioned.
This accommodation has a gas griddle on the terrace.
A communal charcoal barbecue is available on the campsite (unless the prefect decides otherwise).
